Privacy Policy

How Crown & Code CyberSolutions Inc. handles information submitted through inquiry and recruiting forms on this website.

Effective date:

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide through this website. Inquiry forms collect your name, email address, organization, job title, phone number, preferred contact method, inquiry category, and message. Recruiting forms collect your name, email address, location, professional discipline, years of experience, professional summary, résumé, and any optional LinkedIn profile, certifications, or general clearance status you supply. Our hosting, storage, and security providers may also generate technical information in the ordinary course of operating the site — such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and server logs.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate contracting and teaming opportunities; manage consultation requests; review job candidates and talent-network submissions; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; meet legal, contractual, or security obligations; and prevent abuse, spam, and fraud.

Consultation scheduling

The “Schedule a Consultation” action directs you to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service that is not operated by Crown & Code. Any scheduling information you provide there is processed by Calendly under its own privacy practices and terms.

Recruiting and applicant information

Résumés are stored in a private, access-controlled repository. Submissions are used to evaluate current and future employment or contract opportunities, and access is limited to people involved in recruiting, hiring, staffing, or authorized administration. Applicant records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate current and future opportunities, satisfy legal or contractual requirements, and support legitimate recruiting operations. Crown & Code may establish or revise specific retention periods as operational and legal requirements evolve. You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing careers@crowncodecyber.com.

Clearance information

Clearance status is optional and, when provided, should be limited to a general status only. Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, program names, contract-sensitive details, investigation records, adjudication documents, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or passport information through this website.

Service providers

We rely on service providers to operate this website, including website hosting, database services, private file storage, transactional email delivery, consultation scheduling, spam protection, and analytics if enabled. The current implementation uses Lovable infrastructure for hosting and application services and Supabase for database and private file storage. Providers receive information only to the extent needed to deliver those services.

Email communications

We may send transactional emails such as inquiry acknowledgments, applicant confirmations, and internal submission notifications. These are service communications related to your submission rather than marketing messages.

Cookies and analytics

The website may use essential technologies required for security, routing, form operation, and session integrity. If optional analytics or similar technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before or when those technologies are enabled.

Disclosure and sharing

Crown & Code does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting website operations; when required by law; to protect rights, systems, users, or business operations; in connection with a business transaction where legally appropriate; and to government or contracting authorities when legally or contractually required.

Security

Crown & Code uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information based on its sensitivity and the systems involved. Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections, and résumés and inquiry records are held in access-controlled storage. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data retention

We retain information according to the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal and contractual requirements, security and dispute-resolution needs, and recruiting and business-operational needs. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise dispose of it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. Send requests to the contact address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. Some information may be retained where required by law, contract, security needs, or legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

Children’s privacy

This website and Crown & Code’s services are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children under 13. Crown & Code does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

External links

This website links to third-party services, including Calendly, LinkedIn, Facebook, and alliance websites. Crown & Code is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties; review their policies before providing information.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our website, services, vendors, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected through a revised effective date shown at the top of this page.
